Felicia Rainwater works through a third party Diagnostics Company and performs drug and alcohol screenings for The Carter Treatment Center’s Cumming Location. Felisha is a multi-tasking team member that is always reaching out to assist others. She provides strength and encouragement to our clientele and always presents a friendly, good-natured attitude towards everyone she meets.

Felicia is the proud Mom of a 17-year-old Daughter and a 23-year- old Son. She enjoys the Georgia Mountains and spending quality time with her two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Chiweenie!!
