Bio
Tashauna is originally from East Tennessee but relocated to Georgia in 2009. Tashauna originally became interested in the mental health industry to help children and adolescents who have survived traumatic experiences. In following her desire to help others, Tashauna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix and is completing the last semester of her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in children and adolescents at Lock Haven University. She has completed the national counselor examination, and she is a certified alcohol and drug counselor trainee.
Although she is new to the industry, Tashauna brings her energy, compassion, inquisitive nature, and desire to help others to The Carter Treatment Center. Tashauna has had the privilege of working with clients from adolescence to late adulthood struggling with addictions.
